Mr. Izhar Ahmad Qureshi, a reputed name in engineers’ community of Pakistan, established a construction company in 1959. 1-DREAM GARDENS Housing Scheme Defence Road Lahore is approved from LDA (Lahore Development Authority) Metropolitan Planning Wing Vide Its Approval/letter DMP/LDA/466-S/1676 dated 08-09-2011 .

2-APPROVAL /NOC FROM ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB.

Last year the management of IZHAR-MONNOO Developers has applied to the Environmental Protection Agency EPA, Govt. of the Punjab, for Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) of Dream Gardens Housing Scheme.

After review of IEE reports, DOE reports and other relevant record, the environmental protection agency (EPA) accorded approval for the construction of Phase 1 Of the Dream Gardens Housing Scheme vide its Letter No.DD (EIA) EPA/F-16(IEE)/2011/73/08 Dated 10/02/2011.
